Care Connect Digital is made by ReplyLift. It began as one home care agency's answer to slow systems and scattered admin, and grew into a platform now used by more than 150 carers and managers every day.

ReplyLift is my software business, and I am its founder. For two years I worked with Care in Hand, a home care provider in Pembrokeshire, running their IT and communications. The longer I worked with them, the clearer it became how much the right software could change things, and how automation and AI could carry a care business into a new era. Care Connect grew out of that, real problems, a real team, solved one tool at a time.
